Welcome to Bracondale Medical Centre. The practice serves Heaviley, Mile End, Woodsmoor, Davenport, Great Moor and Stepping Hill.

This website is designed to provide information about our practice, the team and the services available to our patients. The site allows you to book appointments on-line, order repeat prescriptions and also has a facility to download forms that may be useful.

Bracondale Medical Centre welcomes new patients. If you would like to register at the practice and live in Heaviley, Mile End, Woodsmoor, Davenport, Great Moor or Stepping Hill please call in or phone the practice to make an appointment for registration and a new patient check. Please bring your medical card with you for registration if you have it available.

We offer a daily children’s surgery, Monday to Friday 12-12.30. Appointments can be pre-booked or open access, meaning that children will always be seen on the day needed.
