What It’s Really Like
Monty (Dr Syed Hassan) GPR
Talk to any ex-Stockport GPR and its ‘Been to Buxton yet?’ Big build up or what? Finally arrive in Buxton, and it’s beautiful. Rolling green hills and open space, just the ticket. The Palace Hotel, nice, I can feel the PCT spoiling us already. Meet the crew and you feel a good craic is on its way. Bonnie, Jaweeda and John are great, you feel glad that these guys are going to be around for the year ahead. Loving the wine; the giggles and word salad begin. Build a paper tower; two teams, one winner. Sabotage and mockery were inevitable; you wouldn’t believe that building a paper tower with six people you’ve only just met could be such a laugh! Stockport have got this one sorted; a good laugh and all the reassurance and support you need for your registrar year.
